In this tutorial, we are going to do a Data Analysis project to find the job marketing trends. Here we have used the data from Kaggle. But, you can do the same by parsing data from the top IT job websites in Kerala like:

In this tutorial, we use the following steps:
1. Problem Definition
Identify what you want to learn from this survey. The goal is to see which jobs and skills will be important in the future.A well-structured strategy keeps you on track.
2. Data Gathering
Next is actually the collection of data. The tutorial uses a dataset from Kaggle with details like job titles, company names, locations, and posting dates. This data is the foundation of your analysis.
3. Data Cleaning and Preprocessing
Raw data is messy.
In cleaning your data:
– Eliminate missing Duplicate values.
– Dates should be converted into the right format.
– Organizing the data properly.
Through Python and Pandas, you can filter out errors and thus prepare a clean dataset.

4. Analysis and Visualization of the Data
Once your data is ready, analyze it:
– Counting & Grouping: Count how many times each job title or skill has occurred.
– Visualization: Use Matplotlib and Seaborn to create charts.
– Bar Charts: Show the most frequent jobs.
– Line Graphs: Track job trends over time, from 2024 to 2025.
The graphs above can test the detection of patterns and trends more easily.
